Nicole Bennett Blake is obsessed with levelling the playing field. In 2021.. Nicole embarked on her journey to become an author to share her life passion for teaching children, building connection in relationship and learning.

Nicole has two degrees, her first in Social Work BA Hon (2002) and Early Years Professional Status (2011) both obtained at the University of North London.

Nicole Bennett Blake began documenting her experiences, learning, and resolutions and is now an accomplished author and CEO of Creative Ideas Solution since 2021.. She is also the owner of an established Children’s Nursery for over fifteen years and currently managing Nicki Day Nursery Ltd.

I am Nicole Bennett Blake the owner of this established Children's Nursery for over seventeen years, Nicki Day Nursery Ltd. From finishing my university degrees I was obsessed with levelling the playing field for parents and help support them raise their children, which is exactly what is done at my nursery. We have best trained and knowledgeable staff to help your child reach their full potential from the basic foundation programmes we have installed at Nicki Day Nursery.

I began documenting my experiences, learning and resolutions and I am now an accomplished author and CEO of Creative Ideas Solution is 2021, my book shares my life passions of teaching children, building connection in relationship, listening and learning.

I am a strong advocate for children, best known for, supporting parents with high energy children involving myself in the well-being of children.

Early Years Professional Status
University Of North London
Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) is a Level 6 qualification that gives professional status for practitioners in England at the Early Years Foundation Stage (ages 0 – 5), which is intended to be broadly equivalent to Qualified Teacher Status (ages 5 – 18). Introduced by the British government in 2007, via the Children's Workforce Development Council.
Healthy Eating Program
Children who attend Nicki Day, gain an variety of experiences through balanced and nutritious food provided. We serve good quality food that I believe is able to give the children the energy they need for learning, playing and development.

Termly menus are carefully planned around the dietary needs of the children's We work closely with parents to obtain their option of their child/ren eating habits and requirements.
​
A typical day starts with children sitting down for breakfast, where they are given a choice to choose what they would like. A healthy hot lunch, prepared on site is provided, followed by dessert.
Meals are served family style, where children have the social aspect of sitting and interacting with each other as well as with an adult. They learn to set the table, serve themselves, clean up and clear away after themselves.

Tea time the children are offered arrange of snacks.
​
Finger food including fruits and water is available throughout the day for the children.

We believe that children should be taught and encouraged from an early age to make healthy eating choices.
